The importance of diversity and inclusion is reflected in our partnerships with non-profit organizations in both New York and Israel.
The Horizon Group is a proud partner of Pawsabillity Dog Club (“Pawsability”). Pawsability is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dog daycare in Bushwick, Brooklyn that provides worthwhile vocational training and meaningful employment opportunities for autistic adults. At Pawsability, team members have the ability to prosper through relevant work readiness and vocational training that can lead to long term employment.
Pawsability’s mission is to bridge the gap in employment access for autistic adults and to foster a neurodiverse workforce at Pawsability and other pet care companies. As a non-profit, 100% of the proceeds support its ongoing mission.
For the last 18 years, The Horizon Group has been proud to support The Unifying Line, a non-profit based out of Israel that supports individuals with disabilities and diseases. The Unifying Line’s motto is that “the road to recovery begins with a smile” and achieves its mission by taking participants to parties, summer camps, international and local trips and more.
